Competition Requirements: What You Need to Know

To ensure a fair and impactful competition, please adhere to the following requirements:

  • Eligibility: Open to all residents of the Gold Coast region. Participants of all ages are welcome to join.

  • Recipe Criteria:

    - Must only use ingredients typically found in a pantry.

    - Cooking methods should be feasible without electricity or running water.

  • Submission Format:

    - Include a detailed recipe with clear instructions.

    - Attach photos of your dish, if possible.

    - Share a brief story or inspiration behind your recipe.
