The Oxenford & Coomera Community Youth Centre has 4 multi purpose halls that can be utilised by the local community. Each hall is suitable to host a large range of activities including dance, martial arts, yoga, ‘Master Cheff-ing’ as well as tutoring/educational purposes & programs and/or meetings.

Halls

A choice of 4 halls with sports grade flooring. These rooms can be utilised for a wide variety of activities..

  • Hall 1: $32.82 Hall 2,3,4: $24.02

  • Smallest hall is 8m x 6.4m

  • All halls are air conditioned

  • All halls have a 75 inch display screen and built in speakers for amazing presentations.

Kitchen

Commercial kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Grate for catering preparation or pop up events!

  • $40 per hour plus gst

  • Industrial appliances

  • Well equipped

Gym

A well equipped gym that opens up into next door hall to run large group programs.

  • From $40 per hour plus gst

  • External doors to basketball and beach volleyball courts

  • All halls have a 75 inch display screen and built in speakers for amazing presentations.

Private Office Space

We have two great office spaces available for hire.

  • From $110 per day plus gst (smaller office)

  • Quality furniture, boatwood desk, comfortable seating for client sessions.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, you will have to provide us with a certificate of currency for your insurance showing public liability insurance of minimum $10,000,000.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking on site.

Can I hire the main foyer area?

We generally do not hire out the main foyer area. However, you may submit an inquiry and we will let you know if it is possible.
